Salon Policies
Please ensure that you read my policies in full as they are enforced, and let me know if you have any questions. These policies ensure that I am able to continue to do hair services, and give you a wonderful experience while in salon.
Cancellation
policy
I require more than 48 hours notice for any changes, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up will result in the full service being charged. Credit card information is taken on booking your appointment.
late policy
I respect everyone’s time, both myself and my guests. To ensure that everyone has a great experience, arriving 15 minutes late or longer may be considered as a no show as per the cancellation policy above. I will do my best to accommodate a reduced service within the remaining timeframe if possible, however the full service price will apply.
illness policy
If you have active symptoms of cold, flu or covid at your appointment time, you will be required to reschedule. If you are recovering and do not have active symptoms or you are in contact with a person who is sick, you will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. Late cancelling due to illness will fall under my Cancellation Policy.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the inclusive and peaceful manner of the studio

I regularly offer model services to teach classes, be creative, create content or practice new techniques.
These services are free or low cost to you. No model service is required. You’ll be chosen based on the needs of each project, and your name will stay on the list indefinitely.

Service Menu: Design
haircut + style - short $90
For hair length that is currently short around the ear to mid ear. If this is your first time to the studio, book a 15 minute consultation with your service. Our haircuts and style services include a consultation, cleanse, scalp massage, and style.
haircut + style - mid $130
For any hair length that is currently from mid ear to just below collarbone. If this is your first time to the studio, book a consultation with your service. Our haircuts and style services include a consultation, cleanse, scalp massage, and style.
haircut + style - long $160
For hair length that is currently well below collarbone, or for anyone making a big change. If this is your first time to the studio, book a consultation with your service. Our haircuts and style services include a consultation, cleanse, scalp massage, and style.
style $60-75
For hair length that is currently above the collarbone. This service includes a cleanse, scalp massage, condition and styling (curly, hand styled or blow out).
the curl experience $250
The perfect place to start for our curlies! The Curl Experience offers a longer time with the stylist that can be used for education, product knowledge, treatments, styling and a haircut if needed. This is perfect for those that are: new to their natural hair texture, new to clean beauty, and interested in deepening their knowledge of their hair potential!
Prices listed do not include HST or optional gratuities, should you enjoy your experience and wish to leave one. There is a small increase once per year in March.
Service Menu: Colour
highlights $200-300+
Natural looking highlights are with custom placement, for a sunkissed look. Includes a gloss. Must be booked with a style or haircut.
specialty lighten $230-330+
Balayage or babylights, for an effortless, low maintenance colour created just for you. Includes a gloss. Must be booked with a style or haircut service.
tone or gloss $75+
A colour refresh for any lightening services, to adjust tone or go darker. Must be booked with a style or
haircut service.
double process blonde $190+
Root refresh for solid blondes, within 5 weeks of previous all over blonding session. Please contact me if it has been longer than 5 weeks. Must be booked with a style or haircut service.

Service Menu: Treatments
Hair reset $60
The perfect reset for anyone looking for more life and bounce in their hair, with higher performance of products. This includes a consultation, Detox Hair Mask and finishes with the Hydrating Hair Mask and a scalp massage. Treatment must be booked with a style or other design service.
Harmonizing hair + Scalp treatment $100
Includes a consultation, invigorating exfoliation with the True Enlightenment Scalp Scrub, either nourishing Harmonic Healing Oil or purifying Detox Hair Mask, cleanse, Hydrating Hair Mask and a scalp massage. We recommend booking this one week away from any colour services. Treatment must be booked with a style or other design service.
a la carte $25-50
Includes a consultation, one customized treatment for whatever your hair needs (detox, protein, or moisture), cleanse, condition and scalp massage. Treatment must be booked with a style or other design service.

Diana Osborne is a licensed Hairstylist, Founder of Hair Holistic, and International Clean Beauty Educator. She made the switch exclusively to non toxic products after a health crisis left her fighting to breathe, experiencing hair loss and using two different inhalers just to go to work in a traditional salon. After removing toxins from the products she was using on herself, and her clients, she has experienced a transformation in her health and her career.
In almost 20 years in the hair industry, Diana’s career has spanned across North America and Europe, including work with clients behind the chair, creative and branding photoshoots, media work, mentoring, education and entrepreneurship.
With a decade of experience in clean beauty, she has now dedicated her career to empowering others to look and feel their best through non toxic, sustainable and inclusive hair care. Diana works with hairstylists, and business owners who want a healthy and sustainable business, as well as consumers that are ready to start their clean beauty journey.
